Birthday Weekend…

November 14, 2007

Just finished up a extended weekend of celebrating birthdays – mine, my brother Mark’s, and my wife’s last night.
Good times! We played Whirleyball with a group of friends, stayed up way too late playing halo 3, and ate a lot of really good food. Cheesecake factory cheesecakes topped it all off. Everything a birthday should be about!

We gotta fight for our writers

November 7, 2007

I think we should support the WGA Strike. This video explains why…

As a emerging writer, I have already experienced some of the frustrations of fighting for royalty and licensing rights with organizations that don’t understand the fairness of sharing profits with those who make them successful.

Hey Hey… see that kids, it’s the St. Louis Arch…

November 2, 2007

Tomorrow, my brother Mark and our friend Kelly and I take a road trip to the National Youthworkers Convention in St. Louis. The three of us work together with Imago Media, and we will be meeting with some clients there. Traveling to “Gateway to the West” reminds me of a scene from one of my favorite films… I certainly will be singing Deep River as we cross over the Old Miss…

I know when my friend Chris sees this he will truly appreciate it!
